Jackson Reaction: Michael Jackson's family feels the involuntary manslaughter charges against his personal physician are not enough. "He's a monster," mother Katherine Jackson told People outside yesterday's hearing for Dr. Conrad Murray. "This charge is a slap on the wrist," said Brian Oxman, longtime lawyer for Joe Jackson, the late singer's father. Murray denies any wrongdoing but surrendered to authorities yesterday.

Charlie Charged: Despite both parties wanting to drop the case, actor Charlie Sheen was officially charged with the alleged Christmas Day assault on his wife, Brooke Mueller. The judge threw out the restraining order keeping Sheen away from his family. "Charlie and Brooke kissed and hugged and looked pretty happy to get beyond this hurdle," Mueller's lawyer told People.

Split Suit: Brad and Angie are not taking news of their split lightly. The couple has begun legal proceedings against British tabloid, News of the World, according to London-based lawyer Keith Schillings. "The News of the World has failed to meet our clients' reasonable demands for a retraction of and apology for these false and intrusive allegations, " Schilling said.

Crying Kendra: Former "Girls Next Door" star, Kendra Wilkinson, says she left Sunday's Super Bowl game in tears with her baby son, not because of her husband's loss, but because the paparazzi wouldn't leave her alone.
