Cancer Shocker..."Dexter" star Michael C. Hall reveals he's undergoing treatment for cancer. A spokesperson for Hall says the disease is in remission. The actor was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, a type of cancer considered to be highly treatable with potential for full recovery. "I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care," Hall, 38, said Wednesday in a statement.

Tiger Woods loses another endorsement. The golf pro has been dropped by General Motors, according to PerezHilton.com. Woods reportedly returned all the cars he was driving, including the famous Escalade he crashed. Gillette, Tag Heuer, Gatorade, Accenture and AT&T also ditched Woods following his Thanksgiving Day debacle.
