Baby & Bling: Grammy award-winning singer and songwriter Alicia Keys has a baby on the way! Keys and long-time boyfriend, rapper Swizz Beatz, are expecting their first child, her rep confirms to Extra. But the good news doesn't end there. The two are also engaged to be married in a private ceremony sometime this year.
Critical Condition: Gary Coleman has been in and out of a lot of emergency rooms this year, unfortunately this time the news isn't so good. The 42-year-old is listed in critical condition at a Provo, Utah hospital. "He was admitted Wednesday. We are not confirming what department he's in or any further details," a hospital spokesperson told People. But Coleman's brother-in-law tells TMZ he suffered a head injury after a fall.

Sarah Ferguson will sit down with Winfrey today for a taped interview, to talk about her recent scandal, reps for the show tell People. Just days ago a tape surfaced showing Ferguson trying to sell access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew.
Hitting the Road?: Janet Jackson may be live in concert very soon. Sources tell TMZ she's seriously considering a return to the road after all the positive response she received for her performance on "American Idol." Jackson hasn't toured since 2002. Her new show could begin before the end of the year.
Stepping In: A Victoria's Secret starlet will step in for Megan Fox in "Transformers 3." Sources tell Access Hollywood 23-year-old model, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, will play a new character opposite Shia LaBeouf in the summer 2011 sequel. Huntington-Whiteley is new to the acting scene, but not to 'Transformers' director Micheal Bay. He directed her in a commercial for the lingerie line last year.
First Look: Lindsay Lohan's latest film is still in the early stages, but we're getting an early look at her role. Posters for "Inferno" were posted on photographer Tyler Shields website. On them, Lohan portrays her upcoming character, porn star Linda Lovelace.
