One of the worlds largest chocolate manufacturers has a school right here in Chicago.
It's called the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy, and while not exactly a household name, you've no doubt you've tasted their packaged products.
The school is actually for culinary professionals, but periodically they offer consumer classes. The next one is Chocolate Date Night for Couples, and it's coming up on Feb. 11.
