Omletes In A Bag
2 eggs
Diced ham
Diced onions
Diced green peppers
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Diced mushrooms

Hash browns
Any other ingredient you like in an omlette

Crack two large eggs into a one quart size freezer bag and shake to combine them. Put out a variety of ingredients such as cheese, ham, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, hash browns, salsa, mushrooms, or any other ingredient you like in an omlette. Each person adds prepared ingredients of their choice to their bag with their name written on it. Zip and shake! (make sure to get the air out!) Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omlettes in a large pot. Open the bags and the omlette will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed. It is so much fun!
