A witness says three men charged with battery for allegedly picking a fight with several bar patrons in Joliet Sunday appeared to have an obsession with pop star Miley Cyrus.
According to Patch.com, the men walked into Lety's Place bar, started talking about Miley Cyrus, and then attacked a Hispanic man for drinking "Mexican beer" instead of American beer.
The witness says the men used racial slurs during the attack, and also assaulted a man and woman who tried to intervene.
The three men were charged with misdemeanor battery and released on their own recognizance.
