If you have ever wanted to own a former swinger's club, opportunity may be knocking at your door.

The owners of The Cherry Pit, Jim Trulock and Julie Norris, have until Monday to respond to foreclosure orders on their Dallas-suburb home/club.

Trulock and Norris are six months late on their $163,000 mortgage.

The looming foreclosure is just one of the many problems the couple has faced since the city of Duncanville approved an ordinance outlawing sex clubs.

In October of last year, Trulock was found guilty on 10 different charges of violating two city ordinances.  In all, Trulock was to pay $7,500 in fines.

On the Cherry Pit Web site, Trulock is asking supporters to invest in The Cherry Pit by either making a donation to their legal defense fund, investing in the club or by helping to refinance their home.
