Former ESPN personality and Chicago Sun-Times columnist Jay Mariotti is in trouble with the law again.
He was charged Wednesday with three felonies -- stalking, domestic violence and assault, after he went against a court order and confronted his ex-girlfriend, the Los Angeles Times reported.
He had pleaded no contest to an incident last September when he allegedly got into a fight with his girlfriend at a nightclub.
Then, on April 15, he allegedly confronted her again outside a restaurant and tore out a chunk of her hair.
Mariotti's bail was set at $250,000. He returns to court on June 1 for a preliminary hearing. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
