Chicago White Sox fans will have a chance to vote one of the team’s breakout stars into this year’s MLB All-Star Game, as catcher James McCann was one of three finalists for the starting catcher’s spot in the contest.

McCann, who has seven home runs and 21 RBI while batting .319 for the White Sox this season, will go up against Gary Sanchez of the New York Yankees and Robinson Chirinos of the Houston Astros in the final round of voting, the league announced Friday night.

This year’s All-Star voting is different than in previous seasons, as fans were able to select the top three candidates at each position before voting on the man who will start at each spot when the game comes along in mid-July.

That final round of voting will begin on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m., and will run through 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon. The All-Star Game starters will be announced in a televised special on Thursday night.

Fans looking to vote in the final balloting can visit MLB.com or any of the 30 MLB team websites, or pull up the ballot on their MLB At-Bat and MLB Ballpark apps.

Fans can also vote by going to Google and typing in a player’s name in the search bar.

Fans will only be allowed to vote once on MLB platforms, and can only vote once per player on the Google search function. Fans can vote for up to 17 players on the search engine.
