Alex Rodriguez wisely keeps his hands to himself while posing for a pic at Sunda Saturday.
It's nice to see the boys in pinstripes found a way to shake off their drubbing at the hands of the Sox Saturday.
Candid Candace Jordan was on the scene Saturday night at white hot Sunda and ran into Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter, along with former Yankee slugger, Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson.
Among her choice observations in her report for Chicagonow.com:
- We were seated across from Derek Jeter, who is so cute you could hardly take your eyes off of him.
Next up was Reggie Jackson--Mr. October. I had met him in 1979 when I was shooting my centerfold for Playboy. Don't ask me why he was roaming the halls back then.
A-Rod: He kindly took a photo too but wisely tucked his arms behind his back so the photo wouldn't look too cozy....smart guy!
According to Jordan, other sports stars in the house included Jeremy Roenick (former Blackhawks great), Yankees DH Mark Teixeira and White Sox players Chris Getz and Gordon Beckham who actually had something to celebrate after pasting the Yanks 14-4 earlier in the day.
