Urlacher's Baby Momma Wants Custody Case Moved

Says her race, his celebrity a double whammy

The custody battle between Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher and his son's mother has turned to allegations of discrimination.

The boy's mother wants the case moved out of Will County court because she says a black woman does not stand a chance there against a big-shot football star.

"With him being a celebrity and me being a black woman, I'm double-whammied," Tyna Robertson told WBBM-780 radio. She reportedly wants the case moved to Chicago or have another judge hear it.

"It all comes down to black, white and No. 54," she told the radio station, referring to Urlacher's jersey number.

Robertson's attorney removed himself from the case, calling it a "circus." leaving Robertson to represent herself.
