Tiger Woods and President-elect Barack Obama. There have been a lot of comparisons.   New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd has called Obama the Tiger Woods of politics.  And Vanity Fair said Obama crowds were "kind of like Tiger Woods at the Masters."

During a Saturday interview about his new golf course High Carolina, Woods himself talked about their similiarites and the election.

"I think it's absolutely incredible, to have basically, he represents America" Woods said. "He's multi-racial, and I was hoping it would happen in my lifetime, my father was hoping it would happen in his lifetime. He didn't get to see it, but I'm lucky enough to see a person of color in the White House."
