Sure, Ozzie Would Manage The Cubs
With a few caveats, that is

Ozzie Guillen does not like the Cubs. This much we know is true. But lately, Guillen's hatred for the Cubs has been directed mostly towards Wrigley Field. Guillen thinks the place is a dump. He hates the clubhouses. He hates the bathrooms. He hates the tiny dugouts. And so on.
Really, he has a point. If you're not impressed by Wrigley's charm, or the utter beauty involved in walking up to a baseball park in the middle of a crowded old neighborhood (and we're assuming Ozzie's not) then you'll likely find very little to like about Wrigley.
But Ozzie has never claimed to have a problem with the Cubs, which is why his latest bit of recorded insanity is hard to parse. See, Guillen says he would manage the Cubs. OK then. That seems ... reasonable? But he also says he'd never do it while Jerry Reinsdorf were still alive. Nor would he manage the Cubs if they played in Wrigley Field. We're starting to sense a pattern here:
"First of all, to manage the Cubs, [Sox Chairman] Jerry Reinsdorf has to be dead. Second, to go to that job ... I'm not going to manage at Wrigley Field. I might manage the Cubs. No, not at Wrigley Field. I hate that [bleeping] place."
Guillen said he doesn't want to burn any bridges, but you can bet managing the Cubs would make him persona non grata on the South Side for the remainder of his life. Cubs fans may be silly dilettantes, but they forgive. Sox fans? Sox fans know how to hold a grudge.
