Man alleges John Danks failed to call 911 after accident

White Sox pitcher John Danks faces a lawsuit from a high school friend following an accident at the player's Goose Island condo.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the suit claims Blake Papst was injured when he was pushed by his brother and fell 10 feet.

Papst claims Danks never called 911 despite repeated requests, but instead moved him to a room inside.

Papst claims to have suffered a spinal cord injury in the accident is now a paraplegic.
