With the NFL season starting tonight, stop whatever "important" work you're doing, and set your fantasy starters now. But before you do, read this. If you have Bears on your team, here is who to sit and who to start.

    Start:

Johnny Knox: With the Lions sad-sack secondary, Knox (and Aromashodu and Hester) should get a chance to light up Soldier Field. On the way to earning a spot in the Pro Bowl, Knox gained 927 yards in 15 games last season, and showed more of the same flashes of brilliance in the pre-season. He should be a safe bet to start.

Jay Cutler: Again, the bad Lions' secondary comes into play. Though Cutler is interception-prone, the Lions aren't the team who will catch Cutler's errant throws. He is likely to get sacked -- Ndamukong Suh will see to that -- but that doesn't mean he won't still throw thrilling passes downfield that will pad your team's score.

    Sit:

Bears defense: Lance Briggs hasn't practiced much with the team this week. Though he is expected to play, if he is limited, the Bears D will suffer. If Matthew Stafford continues to play as well as he did in the pre-season, expect the Lions to score many points on the Bears.
