Prep Destination Dance Friday at Hampshire High School. (Published Friday, Sep 9, 2011)

Hampshire High School students hit the field early Friday morning to get fired up with NBC 5 News Today before their evening game against Grayslake Central High School.

Cheerleaders, the marching band, students and parents filled the football stadium with Whip-Pur pride.

Dressed in the colors for which the mascot is named, white and purple, Hampshire football fans danced through the morning.

They showed NBC 5 News Today their "Moves Like Jagger" for a high-energy Dance Friday on the field.

Kickoff between the Hampshire Whip-Purs and the Grayslake Central Rams is at 7:15 tonight.
