Dwyane Wade's clutch jumper won the game for the Miami Heat in overtime.

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade altered his outfit at Friday’s game against the Toronto Raptors to honor his nephew.

Wade had a message written on his shoe that says “Praying for Darin.”

Wade’s nephew, 20-year-old Darin Johnson, was shot twice in the leg by a gunman in a South Side grocery store last Thursday. He was among a group of six who were injured or killed at about 6 p.m. Thursday night at a community grocery store in the 1400 block of West 79th Street.

One died and five others were wounded, officials said. All the victims are between 16 and 25 years old.

Dwyane has been doing community work to stop violence in the Gresham neighborhood, right where the shooting occurred.
