Former figure skating champion Nicole Bobek is out of jail but still on thin ice after her arrest in connection to a massive meth ring.

Bobek was arrested in Florida last week and extradited to New Jersey to face charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She posted $100,000 bail Monday night.

The 31-year-old owns a house in Palm Beach County, where her mother, Jana Bobek, also lives. The New Jersey judge is allowing her to return to Florida.

Jana said her daughter likes to "party" but the only reason she'd be in trouble is because she hangs out with the wrong crowd.

Bobek was the 1995 United States Figure Skating champion and placed third in the World Championships the same year.

As many as 20 other people have been arrested in the meth ring. If convicted, Bobek faces 10 years in prison.
