Derrick Rose Sends a Message To His Fans

Rose released a YouTube video thanking fans for their support

Since tearing his ACL in late April during the first round of the NBA Playoffs and then having surgery to repair it in May, Derrick Rose hasn’t been heard from.

Since his surgery, he’s been spotted in Alabama and Los Angeles and people have spoken on his behalf like Dr. Brian Cole who said he’s ahead of schedule and his older brother, Reggie, who said that he’s been doing well. But Derrick himself hasn’t spoken.

Until now.

D. Rose released a YouTube video on Friday thanking his fans for their support and assuring them that he’s fine and will be Ok.

“Don’t worry about me, I know I’ll be alright,” said Rose during the 44 second video. “I know that I’m healthy. I know that I’m positive. I believe in God, so I should be back on the court soon and I hope that you support not only me, but the Bulls.”
