Adidas released the second installment of “The Return” series, which chronicles the Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose’s return to the basketball court after tearing his left ACL in late April. The first video installment, “Belief,” was released on Aug. 22.
The second video, entitled “Hope,” shows Rose continuing his rehab in Los Angeles and the camaraderie he shares with his friends, who he has always said has been his biggest supporters throughout his basketball career.
But the most telling moment of the video shows D. Rose sitting on a sofa and watching the postgame celebration of the Miami Heat after they won the NBA Championship this year. Rose said he didn’t watch much of the playoffs after he was injured, but
The video closes with Rose remarking on the Heat's title, “I can’t wait ‘till I win one.”
