Derrick Rose already has a Rookie of the Year award to his credit but can now add another accolade to his resume -- GQ model. The Chicago Bulls point models some upscale windbreakers in a photo spread in the January GQ issue that hit newsstands this week.

State May Boost License Plate Fee by $2
