Many, many expectations have been placed on the broad shoulders of new Bears' quarterback. Bears fans expect him to be the savior, the Bears management are excited about the new face of the organization, and apparently, the Bears coaches expect that he will fix the wide receivers.

Luckily for the Bears, it's a task that Cutler has handled before. His receiving corps in Denver was young and inexperience, but Cutler had them looking like a well-oiled machine in no time. The Bears are hoping to see similar results with the Bears' equally young and inexperienced crew. They are pointing to Cutler's ability to take over the game to be key for the offense.

'[Cutler] takes over the offense,'' Hester said. ''He makes things happen. It's like having Michael Jordan on the team. Michael Jordan makes everyone on the team better.''

Cutler will be throwing the ball to Hester, Rashied Davis, Earl Bennett and rookie Juaquin Iglesias. They are hardly names that jump off the page, but they all have the ability to learn from Cutler. His accuracy is already fantastic, so the Bears won't have to worry anymore about the chronic under and overthrowing tendencies of Kyle Orton and Rex Grossman. The receivers won't have that excuse any more.
