Bulls' Season Ends in Blowout Loss to Cavaliers

LeBron James had 15 points and 11 assists, and Matthew Delladelova had 19 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers annihiliated the Chicago Bulls by a score of 94-73 on Thursday night in Game 6.

The loss ends the Bulls' season and raises a slew of questions as to the future of key pieces like head coach Tom Thibodeau, Jimmy Butler, and Joakim Noah.

Cleveland star Kyrie Irving left the game early on with a knee injury, but it didn't matter as a slew of players stepped up in his absence. Delladelova had a monster game in relief of Irving, and Iman Shumpert and Tristan Thompson each racked up 13 points, with the latter hauling in 17 rebounds as the Cavaliers dominated the glass.

WIth Pau Gasol back in the lineup after missing the last two games, the Bulls got off to a nice start offensively, but they were unable to keep up with the Cavaliers as Cleveland secured a 33-31 lead after the first quarter. After that frame, Chicago's offense really sputtered to a halt, scoring a total of 29 points over the next two quarters as Delladelova and Shumpert took the game over.

The fourth quarter didn't look any better for the Bulls as they scored only 13 points in the frame, and the Cavaliers continued to pour it on.
