Paul Hamann doesn't have much political experience. But that hasn't stopped the Electrical Engineer from Lake Forest from filing to run for U.S. Congress.
Hamann would like to take over the seat that presumably will be vacated by Mark Kirk in the 10th district.
Hamann campaign literature says that he believes in public campaign funding and leading by example.
