President Obama again took to his health care stump Saturday evening, telling a Congressional Black Caucus gathering that "we cannot wait any longer" to take action to reform the health care system.

"We have been waiting for health reform since the days of Teddy Roosevelt. We've been waiting since the days of Harry Truman. We've been waiting since Johnson and Nixon and Clinton," Obama said. "We cannot wait any longer."

Obama spoke at the caucus foundation's annual dinner, accompanied by wife Michelle Obama at the black-tie affair.

He wrapped up a whirlwind week of international diplomacy Saturday, winding down from days of economic and political negotiations at the Pittsburgh, Pa. G-20 economic summit.
