Rutgers Student Takes LSD, Gets Naked, Stabs Man: Cops

A naked Rutgers University student in New Jersey was arrested early Saturday by police who accused him of stabbing a fellow student after both had taken some LSD.

A witness told New Brunswick police that Kevin Huang, 22, and the other student had taken LSD at an apartment on Sicard Street and that at some point Huang became aggressive and removed his clothing.

The witness said Huang stabbed a 23-year-old male student in the neck, police said. The witness left to seek help when Huang began to trash the residence, police said. Meanwhile, the victim, bleeding from the neck, fled the apartment.

Police said they found Huang naked and pacing on the second floor of the residence.

A subsequent search uncovered about 15 pounds of marijuana, a large quantity of Xanax and cocaine, unidentified pills and a significant amount of cash, investigators said.

The condition of the stabbing victim, whose identity was not disclosed, was unavailable.

Police charged Kevin Huang, 22, with attempted murder, two weapons counts and a slate of drug offenses. It wasn't clear whether Huang had retained a lawyer.
