Medical bills for the Chicago woman injured as an extra on the set of Transformers 3 are well into the six-figure range, according to a published report.

Gabriela Cedillo continues to recover from a severe brain injury she received when a stunt went wrong and a metal cable slammed through her car. She was left partially paralyzed and is still unable to speak.

The bill for her initial has reached roughly $350,000, the entertainment website TMZ.com reported Thursday.  That figure does not cover other costs like her airlift, ambulance rides or her ongoing care at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, her attorney reportedly told the site.

Paramount Pictures has publicly offered to pay for her medical expenses. Cedillo's family has also filed a lawsuit claiming the production company was negligent.

The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration earlier this month said the filmmakers wouldn't be cited for the Sept. 1 incident, but Cedillo's family refuted the report, saying the accident was caused by faulty welding.

Shooting in the Chicago area abruptly ended shortly after the incident.
