Shots Fired on Chicago Expressway

Shots were fired from a moving vehicle on a Chicago expressway early Wednesday morning, police said.

Officers said they saw someone in a white car shoot at a white truck at about 3:45 a.m. while traveling on Interstate 90/94 near the outbound Ontario Street ramp, according to department spokesman Hector Alfaro.

The car drove off but the truck, with two people inside, pulled over.

No one was hit in the blast of gunfire, but two men were taken away at handcuffs at the scene.

No charges had been filed as of 5 a.m.
