Police Respond to Incident in Chicago's Chatham Neighborhood

A large police presence was reported at multiple scenes in Chicago's Chatham neighborhood on the city's South Side.

Chicago police confirmed several 911 calls were made at around 6:30 a.m., with officers dispatched to the area surrounding 87th Street between South State Street and South Martin Luther King Drive.

Video of the scene showed an ambulance at a gas station in the area, as well as a mini van stopped with doors open at the intersection of 87th and King Drive. Authorities did not give further details on the incident.
