Bartlett's Michael Ventrella was named the "Biggest Loser" on NBC weight-loss reality show Tuesday night.

The 30-year-old Chicago deejay was at 526 pounds at the start, the heaviest contestant ever at the series.

His current weight on Tuesday's show is 262, after having lost 264 pounds.

Ventrella beat out Ashley Johnston, who came in second for the most weight lost.

He started the show with his mother in January, but she was picked off in April.  Together, they tipped the scale at over 800 pounds.

The duo auditioned in Chicago and, when chosen, were subjected to a public weigh-in in front of anyone who gathered outside of Marino's Pizzeria and Italian Cafe in Wood Dale.

Earlier in the season, Ventrella said he still had problems with food cravings at home, with Gino's East and River Grove's Gene & Jude's hot dog stand providing his biggest temptations.
