Watch Kanye West and His Son Throw First Pitch at Crosstown Classic

The Chicago-born rapper marched up to the mound in a White Sox jersey before the Windy City game Sunday with his son Saint West on his shoulders

Kanye West brought a little extra to his first pitch at the Crosstown Classic over the weekend.

The Chicago-born rapper, who recently revealed he's moving back to the city and "never leaving," marched up to the mound in a White Sox jersey before the Windy City game Sunday with his son Saint West on his shoulders.

West's hit song "Homecoming" played loudly on the speakers as the duo made their way across the field.

Both West and his son threw pitches at the game - but neither made it across home plate.

"Happy Sunday," West tweeted along with a photo of the proud father standing with his son as the young boy threw the ball.

The Cubs beat the crosstown White Sox 6-1 on Sunday to lower their magic number for clinching the NL Central title to five.

West recently revealed he's working on a new album with fellow Chicago icon Chance the Rapper, adding that he plans to return to his hometown for good.

He's also set to perform on Saturday Night Live's Season 44 premiere on Saturday.
