A woman wanted on outstanding warrants in three states is being sought Friday on an additional charge:  abduction of her 4-year-old daughter.

Kirice Verrett was abducted from a residence in the 7900 block of South East End at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, according to a child abduction alert from detectives.

She was taken by her natural mother, Aaren Verrett, who has outstanding warrants from Cook County, Iowa and Indiana.

Both were last seen in a red Dodge Caliber driven by an unknown person, police said.

Aaren Verrett is black, 30 years old, stands about 5 feet, 2 inches and weighs about 180 pounds.  Her daughter stands about 3 feet tall and weighs about 38 pounds.  She was last seen wearing a turquoise polo shirt, denim shirt with pink trim and had braided hair with clear beads.

Police are asking the contact Calumet Area special victims unit detectives at 312-747-8274 with any information.
