Temperature highs Thursday will likely only reach into the mid-30s, but wind chill values in the morning will dip into the teens in most locations.
According to the National Weather Service, this means that morning low temperatures are expected to be roughly 22 degrees below average.
Heading into Friday, temperatures will struggle to reach freezing.
