Hundreds of Flights Canceled, Delayed at Chicago Airports Amid Storms

Storms forced the cancellation of hundreds of flights and delayed several others at airports in Chicago on Wednesday.

More than 300 flights were canceled at O'Hare International Airport as of 3:45 p.m., according to the Chicago Department of Aviation. Several other inbound and outbound flights at O'Hare were delayed approximately 45 minutes as well.

At Midway, the average delay was approximately 40 minutes, the CDA said.
