Black Friday Guide

Once the tryptophan leaves the system and the kids start chanting about being bored it's time to start thinking about Black Friday shopping.

Thanksgiving.

For most folks, a day committed to food, friends, family and football.

It’s the one day out of the year when we focus on all those things for which we are thankful. Other than preparations for the meal, there are no pressures.

But once the tryptophan leaves the system and the kids start chanting about being bored it's time to start thinking about Black Friday shopping.

For some stores, the hustle and bustle (or mayhem and stampeding) begins before the break of dawn on Friday.

Old Navy and Premium Outlets are all set to open at midnight.

JC Penny, Target and Macy’s will be open at 4am.

Wal-Mart and Orland Mall are scheduled to open their doors at 5am.

Toys-R-Us will open on Thanksgiving night at 10pm and remain open until 10pm Friday.

Sears, K-Mart, Carsons, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Woodfield Mall, Westfield Malls , Water Tower, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Walgreens and CVS are opening their doors early as well.

Happy shopping!
