A man was shot Wednesday in Chicago’s South Side Auburn Gresham neighborhood, police confirmed.
The man, 27, was shot in the ankle about 3:43 p.m. near 79th Street and Ashland Avenue, according to police.
He was taken to Christ Hospital in good condition, police said.
A CTA bus could be seen pulled over near where the shooting occurred and evidence markers were strewn throughout the street.
Police said the man was being uncooperative with their investigation.
