A statewide Amber Alert in Indiana for four children who were believed to have been abducted was canceled Saturday morning.

Authorities canceled the alert roughly 12 hours after it was issued around 10:50 p.m. CST Friday night, saying the four children were last seen in West Lafayette on Thursday.

Azzura Ballard is a 7-year-old black female, 4 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Akira Ballard is a 3-year-old black female, 3 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Ahleiryah Ballard is a 1-year-old black female.

West Lafayette police said the children were likely abducted by their mother, Victoria Dominique Whorton, and were "believed to be in extreme danger."
