Woman's Body Found at Loyola Dorm: Police

A 22-year-old woman was found dead in a Loyola University residence hall over the weekend, Chicago police said Monday.

The woman's body was found around 8:30 a.m. Sunday in the 6400 block of North Sheridan Road, at Fordham Hall, according to police and the medical examiner's office.

Police said the woman was "unresponsive" and pronounced dead at the scene. 

It was not immediately clear if the woman was a student. 

Loyola University did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
