Police arrested a woman after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death during an argument Wednesday.
Police say Brian Hawkins, 42, was stabbed in the abdomen while he and a 42-year-old girlfriend argued in an apartment in the Lake View neighborhood, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Hawkins, of the 2500 block of East 77th Street, was stabbed around 10:15 p.m. and pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center at 11 p.m., police told the Sun-Times.
No charges have been filed against the woman in question.
