Oak Forest Woman Charged For Attacking Boyfriend After Being Denied Sex

An Oak Forest woman has been charged with domestic battery after allegedly attacking her boyfriend for not having sex with her, police said.

Stephanie Miller, 26, of the 14500 block of Sussex Avenue, was with her boyfriend at El Burrito Loco in the village of Midlothian when she attacked him, according to police.

Her boyfriend told police he had gone to the men’s room in the restaurant at 4705 W. 147th St. when Miller followed him inside and started taking off her clothes, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Miller then demanded sex and when he refused, she slammed his head against the wall, according to the Tribune.

Before El Burrito Loco the couple had gone to Sullivan’s Pub where, according to her boyfriend, she threw sandwiches and acted erratically, the Tribune reports.

She also faces charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs.

Miller is being held on $75,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on May 18, according to the Tribune.
