Three masked robbers bound a woman in a Lake Forest house over the weekend and got away with jewelry and electronics, police say.
The woman was house-sitting for relatives when she woke up early Saturday morning to find three men standing above her, according to the Chicago Tribune.
One man bound her ankles and wrists and duct taped her mouth while the other two robbed the house, police said.
The woman described the men as wearing masks and black clothing. Two of the men were about 5 foot 9, and the third man was taller, she told police.
According to police, the men pried the door open to gain entrance. Two of them were carrying guns.
