A Carpentersville man was arrested and charged last Thursday after he allegedly assaulted a woman with a vibrating toothbrush.
Fredrick Osbourne, 44, of 1141 Chippewa Circle in Carpentersville, was arrested last Thursday on two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery after he allegedly assaulted a woman he knows by placing his hands on her butt and accosting her with a vibrating toothbrush, according to a police report.
Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to next appear in court Jan. 29.
