Some of the White Sox visited the home of their highest ranking fan on their day off Monday, but it's unclear whether or not they were able to meet the Commander in Chief.

The Chicago Tribune reported that some of the Sox guys weren't a part of the tour.  The D.C. visit was just planned within the last week and manager Ozzie Guillen and others already had already planned to retreat to their off-season homes in Florida and would not travel to the executive mansion.

The Sox are in the area for a game against Baltimore on Tuesday.
