Where Did the Cubs Celebrate Friday Night in Chicago?

If you thought the party celebrating the Chicago Cubs' first World Series championship in 108 years would end after Friday's rally, you were wrong.

Following the historic gathering in Grant Park Friday afternoon, where an estimated five million people gathered in Chicago to celebrate, the Cubs kept the party going.

Players attended a private event at The Metro in Wrigleyville shortly after they day’s parade and public festivities subsided—not too far from home plate at Wrigley Field.

Fans gathered outside the bar and music venue to catch a glimpse of their hometown heroes.

Cubs President Theo Epstein said earlier Friday that the team would also go to Murphy’s Bleachers—before deflecting a question about some Cubs players saying they were going to be on Saturday Night Live.
