Dwyane Wade’s wife did double duty at a Chicago courthouse yesterday.

Around the same time officers hauled her to a basement holding cell because she failed to show up for court the day before, Siohvaughn Wade filed a new lawsuit accusing her husband of emotional and physical abuse, according to the Sun-Times.

It’s just the latest in a divorce case that’s “spiraling out of control,” according to a judge.

Last week she filed suit against Wade’s girlfriend Gabrielle Union for acting too sexy around her children.

The latest suit claims that her basketball star hubby threw her to the ground when she was pregnant and also states that he yelled at their 8-year-old son during a February outburst.

"Didn't I tell you men don't f------ cry, man the f--- up," he said to his son, according to the lawsuit.

The suit asks for a restraining order against Dwyane Wade.

 His lawyer dismissed the suit.

"That's not the first time she's made the allegations, and there's nothing to support them," attorney Jame Pritikin said, noting the protracted divorce case can be attributed to Siohvaughn Wade. "Mrs. Wade demonstrates she just can't let go."
