A car was shot Thursday night on the Interstate 55 Stevenson Expressway.
At about 7:45 p.m., a silver Cadillac traveling south near Pulaski pulled alongside a black Toyota and someone inside fired shots, striking the Toyota at least once, according to Illinois State Police.
The Cadillac got off the expressway at Cicero, state police said. No one was hurt.
The right lane of southbound I-55 was closed for about two hours as crews investigated.
