US Men's Hockey Tries to Rebound For Bronze Medal

Despite a stellar performance from goaltender Jonathan Quick, the gold medal once again eluded the United States in men's Olympic hockey action.

And unfortunately, a silver isn't in the cards either.

The U.S. fell to Canada by a score of 1-0 on Friday, which punched them a ticket to the bronze medal game, where they will meet a Finland team that fell to Sweden by a score of 2-1

The U.S. team's firepower -- they've won their games by scores of 7-1, 3-2, 5-1 and 5-2 -- was largely missing against Canada.

Now it remains to be seen if they can shake off the disappointing loss and show up against a very strong Finnish squad.

Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane had plenty of chances against the Canadians, and hopes to find the back of the net and help pick up a bronze medal.
