Chicago rapper Twista has been sued by the family of a bodyguard who died in a tour bus crash in 2004.

Arthur "Butch" Dixon, 45, was killed in a rollover crash in Pennsylvania after the driver fell asleep at the wheel. The driver was Twista's cousin, Otis Bankhead, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The Tribune reports that in the lawsuit, the family claims Twista and his record label shouldn't have allowed Bankhead to drive, considering he had a history of driving violations.
