“Bonnie and Clyde” Arrested in Waukegan

A crime-loving couple is dubbed "Bonnie and Clyde"

Cops have labeled a thieving couple from Waukegan as "Bonnie and Clyde" after the duo went on a crime spree evocative of the famous pair of rogues.

Kelly M. Burns, 19, and Timothy Sullivan, 20, were arrested early Monday on charges of residential burglary, burglary to a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a credit card, according to a Lake County media release.

Burns and Sullivan were on an early morning crime spree, according to police, stealing beer, credit cards and other items from Waukegan residences and parked cars.

If convicted, each face up to 15 years in prison.
