A Chicago teenager has been charged in Tuesday's shooting of an 11-year-old boy.
Finas Morgan, 17, was charged with one count of unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a handgun and one count of reckless conduct/great bodily harm, according to Chicago Police News Affairs.
Morgan and Nicholas Davis, 111, were playing with the semi-automatic handgun when it went off, sending a bullet through Davis' wrist, stomach and back.
In a report, police said they recovered the weapon in a neighbor's yard.
Davis is recovering at Comer's Children's Hospital.
His older brother, Jermaine, was shot 11 days ago during an incident in Uptown. He underwent surgery for a gunshot wound to the head.
